Thanet Against Live Exports was established in June 2011 as a direct response to the start of live animal exports from the port of Ramsgate. Thanet Against Live Exports are involved in peaceful direct and non direct action. We believe this is an unnecessary and barbaric trade with few profiting from it. Our campaign aims to stop live exports locally, nationally and internationally. The campaign has received support on a global level. We are currently seeking political and celebrity endorsement.
